Yes, even if you have been vaccinated and when you’re doing a Facial or Facial Wax/Laser.


Take note on new Arrival Procedures:

Door will be locked at all times; no walk-ins are allowed. 


Clients are to arrive on their own.  No children, friends, of family accompaniment allowed.

-       Unless; client needs assistance or is a minor – provided that the family member has been isolating with the client.  Same protocols must be followed as any regular client would.


Arrive on time and no earlier than the exact time of your appointment. This allows effective sanitation and reset of reception and rooms.


No outside food, beverages and minimizing items to be brought into the Spa. Clients to keep your coats and bags with them and in room where services are done.


Remember social distancing is 2 meters, so no physical greetings (like hugs, handshake or fist pumps) will be allowed at this time. 


You will be required for hand hygiene before the service, hand sanitizer will be provided.



High Risk services:


·      Cameo Facials: No steam, will be replaced with hot towels. NO TALKING during this         service.


·      Waxing: Upper lip, around the mouth and nose has been reinstated as we received proper protocols to be able to do this service as safely as possible. NO TALKING when mask is removed.


NO TALKING during services without masks - Universal Precautions of Canada has been implemented.


Cash out Procedures:

At reception desk, should there be another client cashing out, please remain 2 meter away or stay back in the room until clear.

Where possible, used touchless payment processing – tip option will be required before handing over keypad to TAP and GO.

New to Cameo spa is NORM or add your Credit Card to Schedulicity to enable quick and easy cash out.

Should this not be possible we will hand POC to you. Disinfect your hands again before handling POC and touching the keypad.

Cleaned Cash will be accepted.


If a Receipt is required, these will be emailed to client.


Product and Gift Certificate Sales:


Purchase Products and Gift Certificates at the time of service is recommended.


No walk-in sales of products and Gift Certificates. Contact Spa with requirements, a price will be given, which may be paid pre-paid by automatic or e-transfer. A Scheduled time will be arranged for curb side pick-up.


Clients are discouraged from handling products.


Return of products is not allowed. Arrangements to distributor will be made to do so safely.
